Join the Daufuskie Diva herself for a special cooking demonstration and tutorial! Learn how to capture the taste of the Lowcountry as author and chef Sallie Ann takes you on a trip through the history of Gullah cuisine. In this program, she demonstrates how to prepare Daufuskie crab rice and fried ribs followed by a tasting and book signing. Cookbooks will be available for purchase.

Celebrity chef, television personality, and authority of Gullah tradition, Sallie Ann Robinson is a sixth-generation native of Daufuskie Island, South Carolina, renowned for her culinary expertise, entertaining presentations, and knowledge of the Southeastern United States Gullah culture.
